Taurine enhances thrombolysis rates
Our research explored the relationship between taurine and blood clot dissolution, specifically looking at how it interacts with endothelin (ET). In a rat model, we observed that while ET can inhibit thrombolysis, taurine significantly reduced ET levels by 17-40%.

Importantly, taurine not only lowered plasma ET levels but also accelerated thrombus lysis by 45%. This suggests that taurine may play a beneficial role in promoting blood clot dissolution, providing a potential avenue for improving treatments for thrombotic conditions.

Combination therapy shows promise
We explored how the combination of taurine and tPA impacts blood clotting after stroke using a rat model. In our study, taurine effectively reduced the adverse effects of tPA, such as hemorrhage, while also improving blood flow in small vessels.

Meanwhile, tPA alone was ineffective and even harmful, causing bleeding. These encouraging results suggest that taurine could enhance the safety and effectiveness of stroke treatments, paving the way for better therapies in the future.

Taurine aids thrombolytic therapy
We investigated how taurine influences thrombolysis, particularly in patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction and through a rat model.

Our results indicated that combined treatment of urokinase and taurine significantly lowered serum endothelin levels compared to urokinase alone.

Additionally, taurine appeared to enhance vascular recanalization and reduce ischemia-related damage.

This suggests that taurine could be a valuable addition to thrombolytic therapies, helping to improve recovery after clot-related heart issues.

Prescribed by my doctor to correct my blood pressure and meteorological dependence. The medication works effectively for me. I take 1 capsule twice daily between meals. If your blood pressure rises, I encourage you to try it; you will experience the benefits of this treatment.

Stable blood pressure
1 people found this helpful
I have severe aortic stenosis, with low diastolic and occasionally high systolic pressure, which complicates the use of standard antihypertensive medications. Taurine has been a lifesaver. I cannot express how pleased I am with its effects. Although I don’t take it continuously, after taking it for two weeks at a dosage of 500 mg half an hour before meals, I’ve enjoyed stable blood pressure for three weeks now. A word of caution for those with hypotension.

This helped to lower my blood pressure, and eventually I was able to reduce some medication (with my doctor's approval, of course). I hope this helps you too! If it does, please hit the like button, thank you.

Improved digestion

I believe everyone is familiar with taurine, and the description is quite accurate. I started with 1 capsule daily, then increased to 2 capsules after a week. My stool turned dark swamp colour 🤪. After visiting my gastroenterologist, I learned that I had stagnant bile, which taurine helped liquefy and expel from the ducts! By the end of week two, everything normalised, and my intestines are functioning like clockwork. My skin improved as a bonus. I'm not sure how it works for the heart and blood vessels, but I assume it's beneficial too! Take it – you won’t regret it. The firm is reputable, and the jar is glass with plenty of capsules. 👍🏻
